FirstWord® New Hire Survey
  

FirstWord® New Hire Survey helps organizations assess how well they are meeting the expectations of their newly hired employees. It helps organizations improve selection and orientation practices and thus, employee retention.

FirstWord® New Hire Survey is administered automatically and consistently. Results are objective, reliable and actionable.

The survey assesses employee expectations of their organization, the work they are doing, their manager, the work environment and compensation/benefits. The survey also includes measures of behavioral outcomes that are influenced by how well the organization has met their expectations.

FirstWord® is administered via the Internet or via InteractiveVoice Response (IVR).

New employees can take the interview at any time convenient to them.
